I like to get a clear picture of the current quarter and a rough picture of what is happening further down the line.

Our projects take quite a while to progress so it works for us. But if you’re a retailer or service business, maybe your pipeline needs to be based around your marketing from this quarter to the next? And test and measure everything you do?
